New oak sleepers

14 would have passed for seesaw in playground. All these had been hand loaded by sure-green onto a chep blue pallet. load was collected and only discovered the poor quality once started to use. Disappointed.
Helpful delivery guy who carried the posts to our porch for us. First attempt some posts were missing but this was rectified once I phoned Suregreen

Received my purchase earlier than expected, items very good, happy with the service, goods, quality. Will purchase from another time.
Bought a pallet of 36 new timber sleepers. Arrived in Scotland in about a week. Sleepers ideal for raised beds in back garden - half for vegetables and half for new garden railway.

Genuinely impressed with this company. I placed my order for 31 1.2m railway sleepers late afternoon on Tuesday. I was told 5-7 days for delivery, which I was fine with. By Wednesday, I'd received a despatch confirmation. By Thursday, the courier (Pallet Track) had called me to arrange a suitable delivery day - either next day or any time the following week. Friday morning, 9am following a 10 minute arrival warning phone call, I had the sleepers on my driveway! Our driveway is quite a slope, so the driver did ask if my husband and I would help him push the forklift up, which we did. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Sure-Green, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Called to check that delivery wouldn't be a problem, was told by customer service that it wouldn't. Next day, delivery company explains they can't deliver to my address. Turns out Sure Green have lied to me about how they will deliver. Now despite the fact I have paid a premium delivery fee and Sure Green decided to use a cheap pallet service that isn't suitable for for a bulk sleepers. AVOID THIS COMPANY
Prompt delivery and top quality compost. I would definitely recommend to friends.
